Aaron Biggam, Assessor / Tutor

With over 20 years of experience in the education and training of both young adults and adults, Aaron brings a deep understanding of how people learn and what they need to succeed. His career spans Electrical, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Logistics, Lean, Management, and Administration, giving him a rare breadth of real‑world industry insight that enriches every apprenticeship he delivers.

Aaron is highly experienced in Additional Learning Support, particularly in English and Maths, and is known for his patient, structured, and confidence‑building approach. His background in continuous improvement includes achieving a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, which shapes the high standards and efficiency he brings to programme delivery.

Apprentices value his calm, supportive style and his ability to make complex topics feel achievable.

Marie Biggam, Recruitment and Employer Engagement

Marie brings 18 years of experience across Delivery, Quality, Employer Engagement, and Recruitment, making her the driving force behind building strong relationships with both learners and employers. Her background in Training, Customer Service, and Administration gives her a well‑rounded understanding of what organisations need and how to match them with the right talent.

Marie has worked extensively with employers to understand their workforce development goals, ensuring apprenticeship programmes are aligned with real business needs. She is known for her warm, approachable manner and her ability to support learners from the moment they apply through to successful completion.

Her experience in quality and delivery means she brings a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every apprenticeship journey is well‑structured, compliant, and genuinely beneficial for all involved.
